Mark M. has a diverse work experience in the field of customer support and technical IT roles. Mark started their career as a Technical Specialist Intern at Intel Corporation, where they provided IT technical support to employees in the European region. Mark also worked on various projects related to support models, asset management, and process standardization. After that, Mark held roles such as Support Engineer and IT Support Manager at Etherlive Limited. Mark then joined CDK Global as a Support Manager and later became a Software Support Team Leader. Currently, they are working at Keyloop as the Head of Customer Support, responsible for leading a global team. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Head of Autoline Support and the Regional DMS Support Leader. Mark has a strong track record in managing support operations and delivering excellent customer service.
