Michel Larena

Michel Larena has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michel is currently the Global Head of Virtual Sales & Quoting at Keyloop, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of WW Inside Sales at Temenos from April 2022 to February 2023.

Michel also has extensive experience at NetApp, where they held multiple roles. From October 2019 to April 2022, they served as the Director of World Wide Digital Sales Response. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of EMEA Sales Development Rep Team from December 2017 to October 2019, and the Senior Manager of EMEA Go To Market, Demand Generation from December 2013 to November 2017.

Before joining NetApp, Michel had a role as a Sales Operations Manager at C.M.O. Compañía Maderera del Ocio from June 2010 to February 2013. Michel also worked as an International Business Performance Manager at Vestas from September 2009 to June 2010.

Earlier in their career, Michel gained experience at Sun Microsystems as the Manager of Sales Operations from June 2006 to September 2009. Prior to that, they held various roles at SUN MICROSYSTEMS IBERIA, including Sales Operations Manager from July 2004 to March 2006, Revenue Management from January 2001 to June 2004, and Finance & Administration from April 2000 to December 2000.

Before entering the technology industry, Michel worked in finance and administration at Sulzer España from October 1999 to April 2000. Michel also started their career as an Inside Sales Graduate at ETICA LEICER- CREDIT AGRICOLE from June 1999 to September 1999.

Michel Larena earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University Complutense Madrid in 1999. In 2004, they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration from ICADE- Univ Pontificia Comillas. In 2014, they attended IMD to study Strategy. Additionally, they attended Northwest Guildford High School from 1992 to 1993, and Claret from 1980 to 1993.
