Pavel Češka

Pavel Češka is currently the Regional HR Manager for Europe North at Keyloop, where they support Microsoft’s mission by enhancing employee experiences and driving process improvements. They also serve as Race Manager and Product Owner at RunCzech, managing event timing and registration services while implementing innovative technologies. Pavel's prior experiences include roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a PBS Process Manager and Microsoft as a Senior HR Service Analyst, where they led regional teams and oversaw service delivery. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze, earned between 2008 and 2014.
