Richard Ferrar

Richard Ferrar currently serves as Creative Director at Keyloop since May 2023. Previously, Ferrar held the position of Head of Brand Experience at Peak from October 2016 to May 2023, where the focus was on enhancing customer and community interactions with the brand. Prior to Peak, Ferrar was with Tech North from June 2015 to October 2016, initially as Senior Digital Marketing Manager, contributing to marketing strategies and branding initiatives that fostered digital business growth in Northern England. As the Founder of Command Key from March 2014 to March 2016, Ferrar provided specialized Apple training and consulting services. Earlier roles include Customer Account Manager at Taylor Made Computer Solutions and technical support positions at Apple, including Genius and Family Room Specialist. Ferrar graduated from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts in 2010 with a Theatre Performance Technology Degree, specializing in Advanced Live Sound & Events Management.
