Dan Boody has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dan started their career in 2004 as a Massage Therapist at Glen Ivy, Massage Envy, and Rancho Bernardo Inn, where they gained experience in providing massage services. In 2009, they transitioned to the IT field, starting as a Level 1 Help Desk Analyst at Taco Bell. During their time at Taco Bell, they provided technical support to over 5,000 corporate and franchise restaurants, assisting with hardware installation and replacement/repair. Dan continued to work in the IT field, serving as a Help Desk Analyst at Taco Bell Corporate from 2009 to 2013, where they provided remote technical support.

In 2013, Dan joined ecoATM, initially as a Tier 2 Tech Support Analyst before being promoted to Technical Support Agent III. In these roles, they provided technical support services. Dan then worked as a Technical Support Consultant and Business Analyst at Capital Insurance Group from 2015 to 2016. Here, they responded to user requests for assistance, resolved system problems, and documented issues and errors. Simultaneously, they also worked as an Independent Business Owner, providing freelance IT consulting and services.

From 2016 to 2021, Dan served as a Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce at RevCult. During their tenure, they developed and maintained Salesforce products, collaborated with cross-functional teams to define new features, and prioritized security controls. Dan then joined OwnBackup in 2021 as a Software Engineer - Salesforce, where they focused on delivering new features and enhancements for their suite of Salesforce products, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.

Currently, Dan works as a Salesforce Developer at KeyNode Solutions since 2022.

Dan Boody completed their education in the field of Information Technology. Dan first attended Palomar College in 2006, where they studied Information Technology. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Systems Security at the University of Phoenix. In addition to their formal education, Dan obtained various certifications from Salesforce. Dan achieved the Salesforce Administrator certification in April 2018 and the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in October 2020.
