KeyPal makes key handling easy.

Whether you’re new to Airbnb ownership or an experienced host with a portfolio of properties, you’ll know that a hassle-free key exchange is a crucial part of a great guest experience.

KeyPal is a seamless, safe and contactless way for guests to access your property’s keys 24/7. Our state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne’s central business district lets your guests collect keys at their convenience from Southern Cross Station, the city’s largest public transport hub and home of the SkyBus transfer to Melbourne International Airport (Tullamarine).

With KeyPal, there’s no need for you to meet guests at the property when they arrive, and you can avoid leaving keys unattended in a key safe which might be removed by building management, the local council, or criminals. Your guests can collect keys at a time that suits them – regardless of whether it’s 2am or you’re out of town.

KeyPal also makes it simple to manage access for trusted service providers like cleaners and trades who help you to keep your property looking its best.
