Travis Ray has over two decades of experience in customer care and technical services, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at KEYper Systems since January 2000. Prior to this role, Travis held positions in technical services and production management at the same company. In 2010, Travis gained additional experience as an installer for Superior Stone Tops and Tile, where responsibilities included the installation of stone and tile countertops, backsplashes, showers, and floors. Educated at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Travis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial and Operations Management from 2002 to 2007.
