Kumar Shiva is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and talent acquisition. Kumar's career initiated as a US IT Recruiter at Agile Global Solutions, Inc., focusing on supporting Fortune 1000 and mid-sized firms in their IT endeavors. Educationally, Kumar holds a B.Tech in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from RGUKT Basar, completed in 2014.
