Additionally, Mark holds the title of Consulting Principal at Resolution Institute since July 2014, specializing in corporate and commercial dispute resolution as an NMAS accredited mediator. Mark's extensive experience includes a partnership at DibbsBarker from 1997 to April 2018, where responsibilities included National Risk Management Partner and leader in disputes, litigation, and insolvency. Prior roles at DibbsBarker date back to 1988, with a background in law beginning at Macquarie University, where Mark earned a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws.
