Nick Weaser is the CEO and Co-Founder of Songpact, an online platform launched in January 2025 that simplifies the creation, negotiation, and signing of music contracts, aiming to provide affordable and customizable legal solutions for musicians. Since July 2020, Nick has served as a Partner at Keystone Law, an award-winning international law firm, and has held the position of Consulting Principal at Keypoint Law, an innovative Australian law firm, since April 2021. Previously, Nick worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at Clintons and as a Trainee Solicitor and Associate at Reed Smith LLP. Additional experience includes a secondee role at Bauer Media and a position as Campaign Coordinator, Comment Moderator, and Legal Adviser at Channel Flip. Nick holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Guildford College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Liverpool.
