Arvv S. began their career in 2007 as a Team Manager for Fitness First Malaysia. In 2010, they moved to CYBEROAM as a Country Channel Sales for SEA. Arvv then took on the role of General Manager for MY at Evolution Wellness Group in 2016. In 2018, they became Country Channel Sales for ASEAN at CitiXsys - iVend Retail. In 2021, they were appointed Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for APAC, MENA & LATAM at MindNation. Most recently, Arvv S. was recruited to KeyReply as Global Partner Development Director for APAC & EMEA, where they developed a market segmentation strategy and led the transformation of the GTM model, including the sales and channel organizations in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Arvv also took on the role of VP of Channel Sales & Alliances.

Arvv S. graduated with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from MAHSA College in 2008.
