Ronak Shah

Ronak Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they started as a Spring Intern at Deloitte. Ronak then co-founded and served as the Finance Director of the LSE branch of 180 Degrees Consulting from 2014 to 2016. Ronak later worked as a Summer Intern at HSBC Global Banking and Markets in 2015.

In 2016, they joined HSBC Global Banking and Markets as an Analyst, where they worked until 2018. Ronak then transitioned to Octopus Investments, where they held the position of Investment Associate from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, Ronak worked at Seccl, initially as a Product Manager, then as a Senior Product Manager, and finally as the Lead Product Manager for the Advice & Investments Tribe. During their time at Seccl, they played a key role in building SaaS tools for fintechs and advice firms.

In 2022, Ronak founded Quadra Labs with the aim of increasing institutional adoption of cryptocurrency as an asset class. Ronak developed algorithms to trade long-short portfolios of 80+ cryptocurrencies using statistical methods and data science. Ronak also built factor risk models, a backtesting engine, monitoring software, and an execution engine for the company.

Currently, Ronak is working as a Product professional at Keyrock, starting in 2023.

Ronak Shah completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they obtained several certifications including "Machine Learning, Data Science and Deep Learning with Python" from Udemy in September 2020, "The Complete 2020 Web Development Bootcamp taught by Angela Yu" from Udemy in June 2020, "CFA Level II" from CFA Institute in July 2019, "Using Databases with Python" from Coursera in August 2018, and "Using Python to Access Web Data" from Coursera in August 2018.
