Javier Riera

Javier Riera is an experienced executive with a strong background in data and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Southern Europe at Keyrus since July 2005, Javier defines and develops growth strategies for the company in Portugal, Spain, and Italy. Previously, Javier held the role of CEO at Etica Software following its acquisition by Keyrus in 2015, overseeing operations in Brazil and Latin America and leading a team of 60 leaders to achieve strategic objectives. Javier's experience includes various leadership positions in technology and sales at Etica Software and a founding member role at MBIT School, a specialized institution focused on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Javier holds a degree in Computer Science from Universitat de les Illes Balears and completed the Directives Development Program at IESE Business School in 2011.
