Michael Attlan has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with Sanofi and its subsidiary Sanofi Pasteur. Michael began their career in 1991 as a Scientific Director in Medical & Regulatory Affairs at Sanofi Pasteur and held this position until 2001. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the International Licensing-in Agreement Director in Corporate Development. Michael then transitioned to the role of Traveler & Endemic Franchise Director from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, they became the Endemic & Innovation Franchise Senior Director from 2011 to 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Endemic & New Technologies Franchise Head, Senior Director at Sanofi Pasteur. In 2017, they assumed the role of Head of New Technologies Platform and later the Head of 14Bis Innovation Center, Senior Director at Sanofi. Currently, they are serving as the VP, Head of Life Science Innovation & Strategic Engagements at Keyrus, a position they started in 2022.
Michael Attlan attended Lycée Raymond Naves in Toulouse from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sciences. Michael then pursued their studies at the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse from 1985 to 1990, earning a Master of Science in Biochemistry Engineering.
