Sara Goris

Sara Goris is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles at Keyrus since July 2017, where Sara serves as HR Manager for Keyrus Belgium and HR Transformation Manager for Keyrus Group. In these positions, Sara has been instrumental in developing and implementing innovative HR strategies, optimizing processes, enhancing employee engagement, and creating leadership programs. Prior to Keyrus, Sara held several HR-related positions at Business & Decision, including roles as Learning & Development Manager and HR Business Advisor, where Sara developed training programs, facilitated career development initiatives, and ensured effective HR policies were in place. Sara's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Leuven and the University of Valencia.
