Andrew Oon

Andrew Oon is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in research and development within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Keysight Technologies since May 2023, Andrew leads a team focused on the development of Test and Measurement equipment, while engaging with customers and stakeholders to deliver R&D solutions aligned with business goals. Previously, Andrew held the role of Senior Engineering Manager at Motorola Solutions from July 2005 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing a multimillion-dollar regional portfolio and overseeing hardware and software R&D for telecommunication devices. Andrew's experience also includes roles as Software Engineering Manager and Program Manager at Motorola, along with prior positions as an NPI Engineer at Agilent Technologies and a Product Engineer at Sony Electronics. Educational qualifications include a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University and degrees from Universiti Utara Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
