Carmen Chiscop

Carmen Chiscop is an Engineering Manager in R&D for 5G core at Keysight Technologies, where they have been since 2018, managing both people and projects with a strong focus on telecommunications technologies. With over 7 years of experience leading agile scrum teams, Carmen has developed in-depth knowledge of 4G and 5G architectures and protocols. Prior to their current role, Carmen worked at Ixia as an LTE Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, contributing to the development and support of testing products for wireless networks. Carmen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Computer Networks from the University Politehnica of Bucharest.
