Chris Morton is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and support management. Currently serving as the EMEAI Business & Operating Manager for Solutions Support within the Keysight Global Services Organisation, Chris oversees a first-class Field Service Engineering team and strategic support operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, and Russia for Measurement Systems Division platforms since March 2014. Previously, Chris held several roles at Agilent Technologies, including European Support Team Leader, where responsibilities encompassed team management and operational efficiency, and as a Field Service Engineer, providing technical support and installations for Agilent's i3070 ICT customers. Chris also garnered experience as a Manufacturing Engineer and a Debug Technician at Total Repair Solutions, along with an industrial placement as a Lab and On-site Calibration Technician at EMIS. Chris holds a BEng(Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
