Cindy Cui

Cindy Cui is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in application engineering and customer success. At Keysight Technologies, Cindy served as Director of Global Software & Solutions, overseeing teams across the US and Greater China, and focusing on customer-centric design solutions in areas such as RFMW, High-Speed Digital, Photonics, Quantum Computing, 5G, Device Modeling, and HPC. Previous roles at Keysight include Applications Engineering Manager and Customer Success Manager, where strategic account growth and customer success were paramount. Prior experience at Agilent Technologies included roles as Sr. Services & Support Engineer and Business Development Specialist, while earlier positions at Cadence Design Systems established a foundation in device modeling services and application engineering. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tianjin University.
