Daniel Thomasson

Daniel Thomasson serves as the VP of Engineering and R&D at Keysight Technologies, where responsibilities encompass leading the global hardware and software research and development initiatives, focusing on innovative analytics, software, computation engines, and electronic hardware systems. Previously, Daniel held various engineering leadership roles within Keysight and Agilent Technologies, including director positions overseeing high-frequency technologies and manufacturing engineering processes. Daniel's early academic career includes a doctoral research role at Penn State University, where significant contributions to amorphous silicon thin film transistor fabrication were made. Daniel holds a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and a BS in Engineering-Physics from The Ohio State University.
