Devyn Rangiah

Devyn Rangiah is the General Counsel for APAC & EMEA at Keysight Technologies, where they manage the group's legal affairs across the regions. With extensive experience in prominent technology, telecommunications, and software companies, Devyn has specialized in structuring and negotiating complex technology transactions, data security, and regulatory compliance. Previously, they held various legal roles at companies including Genesys and Nokia, contributing to leadership teams and managing legal operations throughout the Asia Pacific region. Devyn earned a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Computer Science from James Cook University, an L.L.B. from the Queensland University of Technology, and a Masters Certificate in Global Contract Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
