Hal Paver

Hal Paver is an experienced engineer currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Keysight Technologies since June 2020. Previously, Hal worked as an Instructional Labs Engineer at the University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included managing educational lab spaces and coordinating student workers. As a Component Design Engineer at MSEI, Hal developed test plans for high voltage diodes and identified critical component failures. At LeCroy Corporation, Hal designed high voltage RF probes that improved manufacturing efficiency. Early in the career, Hal gained experience as a Summer Engineering Intern at Teletronics Technology Corporation and Con Edison. Hal holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, also in Electrical Engineering, completed in 2008.
