Heather Ostrowski

Heather Ostrowski is a seasoned finance and human resources leader with extensive experience in benefits management and treasury functions. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Benefits at Keysight Technologies since December 2018, Ostrowski manages Health & Welfare, 401(k), and Pension Benefit Programs. Prior to this role, Ostrowski had a long tenure at Autodesk from June 2000 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing global mergers and acquisitions, international cash management, and treasury systems implementation. Positions held included Treasury Manager / International Cash Manager, Treasury Analyst, and Treasury Specialist. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Senior Manager of International Treasury at Gap Inc. and project management roles at Thompson Residential Partners and Holland Coffee California Inc. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance was obtained from San Diego State University.
