James Sin

James Sin is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and commercial contracts. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Keysight Technologies since May 2023, James previously held the position of Director, Senior Corporate Counsel at Salesforce, where responsibilities included M&A and investments. James gained significant expertise at Kirkland & Ellis as an Associate focusing on corporate and M&A practices in the tech sector and as a Senior Associate at Clayton Utz, managing a broad range of corporate and capital markets matters. Prior roles include Senior Lawyer for the New South Wales Government, providing legal support for major commercial transactions and NDIS reforms, and earlier experience at Ashurst in both public and private M&A and corporate governance. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney, along with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, and has completed exchange programs at The University of Manchester and Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
