Jay Pochop

Jay Pochop is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in hardware engineering and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering Visibility at Keysight Technologies since May 2017, Pochop previously held influential roles at Juniper Networks, including Vice President of Engineering, where leadership encompassed a range of hardware platforms such as routing and switching products. Pochop's career also includes senior leadership positions at Aruba Networks and Extreme Networks, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing distributed teams. Early experience at SRI International as a systems engineer laid the groundwork for a successful engineering career, which began with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
