Jeffrey Chen

Jeffrey Chen serves as the Vice President of Sales, Strategic Accounts at Keysight Technologies, where they lead the strategic accounts sales organization, driving growth and fostering partnerships with key global customers. With a career that includes roles such as General Manager and Application Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, and extensive leadership in sales management at Agilent Technologies, Jeffrey has a strong foundation in sales strategy and executive engagement. Currently, they are also an ECE Advisory Board Member at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, bridging industry and academia to enhance curriculum relevance. Jeffrey holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University.
