Joel Smith is currently the Head of Solution Engineering for the Americas at Keysight Technologies, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Joel worked at ESI Group as the Americas Technical Manager, Technical Team Lead, and Virtual Reality Application Engineer. They began their career at Key Safety Systems as a Co-op, followed by a position as an Application Engineer at Autoliv, where they managed projects in the Value Engineering and Value Analysis Group. Joel earned an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University in 2016.
