John Mulligan

John Mulligan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Director at Keysight Technologies since May 2016, John oversees 5G Wireless Network and RF Channel Emulations Solutions. Previously, as Regional Director of North America Business at Anite Telecoms, Inc., John managed business operations, sales, marketing, and finance, driving regional growth and profitability. Earlier roles included Senior Account Manager at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard, managing service provider accounts and T&M sales to Tier 1 manufacturers, as well as serving as a Program Manager responsible for SS7 monitoring OSS systems. John's career began at Nortel in Technical Marketing and Engineering Support. Academically, John holds a BS in Computer Science and Applied Math from the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Arizona, along with an MBA in Business Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
