Kevin A. Stephens

Kevin A. Stephens is the current director at Keysight Technologies. Kevin has also worked for Consumer Cellular, Inc., Crown Castle, and Altice USA. Stephens was with Altice USA from December 2015 to January 2019, where they held the position of EVP & President, Business Services. In this role, Stephens was a corporate officer and member of the executive leadership team with full P&L accountability for the $1.4 billion business services division. Kevin directed all functional areas and led six SVPs of the B2B division. Stephens was also accountable for a product suite of high speed internet/transport services and cloud services, and oversaw a 370K customer base.

As part of the $19B acquisition of Cablevision, Stephens was selected to lead the integration of three B2B organizations into one high performing business with annual revenues of $1.4 billion and EBITDA of $700 million. Within two years, they accelerated revenue growth from previous underperforming levels of +2% to a revitalized +6.5%. Stephens also reinvigorated the product pipeline with eight new product launches that had projected revenues of $18 million in the first two years − more than 2X the previous five years combined. In addition, they transformed the organizational culture into a dynamic entrepreneurial environment and drove internal process efficiencies/cost reduction initiatives through reorganization of operational teams.
