Mark Bajan

Mark Bajan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience leading recruitment efforts across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas Region at Keysight Technologies since March 2016, Mark has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and vendor management. Prior roles include Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at BlackBerry, where Mark led a team of over 15 recruiters, and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Juniper Networks, overseeing a high-performing team supporting key product groups. Mark's career also includes significant contributions as the first Head of Talent Acquisition for Huawei's US R&D division and experience as a Senior Recruiter at Atmel. Mark holds both an MSBA and a BSBA in Human Resource Management from San Francisco State University.
