Mark Bajan

Mark Bajan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience leading recruitment teams in various high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas Region at Keysight Technologies since March 2016, Mark has previously held roles such as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at BlackBerry and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Juniper Networks, where teams consistently met ambitious hiring goals. With a foundational career that includes leadership positions at Huawei, Atmel, Spansion Inc., Agilent Technologies, Intel, and Hewlett Packard, Mark has developed a strong track record in building and optimizing talent acquisition strategies. Mark holds both an MSBA and BSBA in Human Resource Management from San Francisco State University.
