Matthew Powless has a diverse background in technical support and cybersecurity, beginning with service in the US Navy as an Aircraft Electrician from October 2009 to January 2014, where responsibilities included maintenance and inspection of F-18 F Super Hornet electrical systems. Following military service, Matthew worked at PGi from September 2014 to May 2016 in various roles, including Product Support/Security Specialist and Senior Conference Support Specialist/Assistant Team Lead, focusing on troubleshooting teleconferencing issues and managing audio and web conferences. Afterward, Matthew served as a Business Support Administration Specialist at Keysight Technologies from October 2017 to August 2022, where application, network, and hardware troubleshooting were key duties. Currently, Matthew is employed as an Analyst at Keysight Technologies since August 2022. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Strayer University with a 3.925 GPA and has also completed a Cybersecurity program at ACI Learning in 2022.
