Matthieu Niess

Matthieu Niess is the Head of Incubation and Chief of Staff at Keysight Technologies in the DES Division. They have a comprehensive background in automotive engineering, having held various roles at Gestamp, including BIW Product Manager and BIW Co-Dev Project Manager, where they managed customer co-development projects and led teams in innovative design and optimization. Prior to that, Matthieu completed a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from IFMA and gained experience through internships at Daimler and the University of Southampton, focusing on advanced safety materials and physical testing. They also contributed to strategic program management at ESI Group, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills in complex environments.
