Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson is the Director of SOX Compliance at Keysight Technologies, where they oversee the design and evolution of internal control over financial reporting. With 30 years of experience in finance, Michelle has held diverse roles including manager of finance and accounting at PaperDirect, as well as various positions at Agilent Technologies where they provided financial insights and led significant initiatives. Previously, they worked as a staff accountant at Deloitte & Touche, auditing clients across multiple industries. Michelle earned a Master of Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College.
