Miguel Tinoco is an experienced Application Engineer and Manager with a background in technical support and consulting, currently working at Keysight Technologies since December 2021. With an extensive career at Scalable Networks Technologies beginning in July 2006, Miguel has held multiple roles, including Application Engineer Manager, Technical Support & License Manager, and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on military network analysis and integration.
