Neil Dougherty

Neil Dougherty is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Keysight Technologies. Neil has over 19 years of experience in marketing and technology, including overseeing the development of new value-added services, ventures, and revenue-generating partnerships. In addition to developing thought leadership strategies related to their company’s marketing and technology services and evolution, Neil oversees sales efforts and critical lead generation campaigns and provides direction to a team of Practice Area Leaders across varying disciplines and industry verticals.

Before joining Keysight Technologies, Neil was with Trellist Marketing and Technology as the Chief Practice Area Leader from July 2012 to April 2021. There they were responsible for writing successful copy and providing winning creative direction on high-profile projects in an in-house creative agency setting. Neil was assigned to Chase Card Services' most critical proprietary products including Chase Sapphire and Ink from Chase. Neil also developed creative and managed relationships on behalf of the agency for Chase partnership products, notably the British Airways Visa, BP Visa, and LivingSocial Rewards Card.

From March 2002 to December 2006, Neil worked as the Senior Associate – Campaigns, Elections & Issue Advocacy at Pathfinder Communications, LLC.

Neil Dougherty has a BA in English from Union College and a CE in Web & Graphic Design from Delaware College of Art and Design. Neil also has a High School diploma from Devon Preparatory School. Neil has certification from Google in Google Ads Search Certification and Analytics Academy - Digital Analytics Fundamentals. Neil also has certification from Sprout Social, Inc. in Sprout Social Certified Professional.
