Paul T. Carson

Paul T. Carson is an experienced engineering and management professional with a strong background in research and development across multiple high-tech companies. Currently serving as the R&D Department Manager at Keysight Technologies since August 2010, Paul oversees a global team of over 100 employees, focusing on managing research and quality for the company's hardware and software products. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of R&D Effectiveness Manager at Agilent Technologies, where responsibilities included enhancing the returns on a significant R&D portfolio.
