Phil Sefcovic

Phil Sefcovic is a Senior R&D Hardware Engineer at Keysight Technologies, where responsibilities include redesigning legacy products for improved power density and developing compliance testing solutions for emerging IEEE energy standards. Prior roles within Keysight include R&D Hardware Engineer II and I, focusing on creating reusable digital control hardware, developing modular power supply platforms, and migrating inventory systems to modern web-based formats.
