Qamar Alam

Qamar Alam is an R&D Engineer - Expert at Keysight Technologies, where they have developed and enhanced Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software for over 17 years. Qamar's work involves refactoring and improving tools such as the "substrate editor" and addressing customer support issues efficiently.
