Richard DeVore has extensive experience in engineering and system design, holding positions at Agilent Technologies, Keysight Technologies, and Pelco by Schneider Electric. As an Engineering Scientist and Test Team Leader at Agilent Technologies from September 1999 to September 2005, Richard directed a project team focusing on final assembly test engineering for in-circuit board test systems and led functional test strategies. At Pelco from May 2006 to June 2012, Richard served as a Senior Engineer, designing functional test and calibration processes for camera systems, and later took on the role of Engineering Design Lead, overseeing reliability activities and developing test software for video security systems. Since October 2016, Richard has been working as a System Engineer at Keysight Technologies, specializing in RF radar recorder systems. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
