Rick Martinez

Rick Martinez is an accomplished Engineering & Production Manager with extensive experience in the RF and Microwave microcircuit industry. Currently, Rick leads efforts at Keysight Technologies in Colorado Springs, focusing on microcircuit prototype and production, along with YIG oscillator research and development since November 2014. Previously, Rick held the same managerial role at Agilent Technologies from November 2000 to November 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing microcircuit prototypes and R&D for sampling oscilloscopes. Rick's career began at Hewlett Packard Company, where Rick managed engineering and production for optical network analyzers and sampling oscilloscopes from June 1974 to November 2000. Rick holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
