Rolf Schmid

Rolf Schmid is an expert in analog high-speed circuit design with over 25 years of experience in design, project management, and design group management, particularly in fibre-optical communication and test measurement sectors. They held various roles at Micram Microelectronic GmbH, including VP Engineering, where they oversaw R&D and managed transnational research projects, and later transitioned to Keysight Technologies, where they currently manage multiple mixed-signal ASIC design groups. Rolf has also contributed to academia as a scientific researcher at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, focusing on high-speed SiGe devices and related technologies.
