Russell Barbour

Russell Barbour has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Technical Lead and Project Manager at Keysight Technologies since May 2015. Prior to this, Russell worked at Agilent Technologies from June 2000 to May 2015 as a Software Design Engineer, and at HP from July 1992 to June 2000 as a Software Engineer. Russell holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 1992, and attended Fraserburgh Academy from 1981 to 1987.
