Ryan Scott

Ryan Scott is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and computer engineering, currently serving as an R&D Manager and Photonic Research Scientist at Keysight Technologies. Prior roles include Assistant Project Scientist and Postdoctoral Scholar Employee at UC Davis, as well as Research Lab Manager and Graduate Researcher. Ryan Scott began academic pursuits at UCLA, advancing from Graduate Researcher to attaining a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Subsequent doctoral studies at UC Davis culminated in a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
