Ryan Shupp is an experienced mechanical engineer and R&D operating manager currently employed at Keysight Technologies since June 2019, where Ryan has held various roles, including R&D Mechanical Engineer 3 and R&D Hardware Design Mechanical Engineer. Prior to joining Keysight Technologies, Ryan worked as an undergraduate researcher at the Reacting Flow Dynamics Lab at The Pennsylvania State University, focusing on flame interactions and system design. Additionally, Ryan gained valuable experience as a technical intern at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory and as a packaging engineering intern at RB. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business and Science in Engineering Management at Rutgers.
