Simon Dussinger is a Senior Technical Leader in R&D at Keysight Technologies, focusing on crash, impact, and safety studies using explicit time integration scheme solvers. Previously, Simon worked at ESI Group, where they served as a CAE Application Engineer and later as a Technical Team Lead, managing resources and discovering new applications in crash safety. Prior to that, Simon was a Simulation Engineer at KOLT Engineering, handling full vehicle crash and safety projects, performing simulations, and generating reports for decision-making. Simon holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT), earned in 2002.
