Stefanos Andreou is currently the Photonic ICs R&D Lead at Keysight Technologies and previously held roles as a Senior Product Manager, R&D Engineer, and Senior Scientist at SMART Photonics. Having earned a Ph.D. in Photonic Integration from Eindhoven University of Technology, Stefanos contributed significantly to the design, modeling, and testing of integrated photonic devices during their doctoral research. They also have experience as a Post-doctoral Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft and as a Semiconductor Laser Engineer at Quintessent Inc. Additionally, Stefanos has researched photonic technologies at the University of Cyprus and the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute.
