Stephen Caplan is an experienced professional in product development, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Keysight Technologies since February 2018. Prior to this role, Caplan held similar positions at Ixia from April 2010 to February 2018 and at Agilent Technologies from August 2006 to May 2010, where Caplan also worked as an R&D Operating Manager. Earlier in the career at Motorola, from January 1999 to August 2006, Caplan progressed from Software Development Manager to Sr. Staff Engineer.
