Stijn Caes

Stijn Caes is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as HR Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands at Keysight Technologies since July 2025, Stijn previously held the position of Sr. HR Manager for Europe at Medpace, where responsibilities included leading an HR team across four EMEA countries and enhancing HR processes and services. Prior to that, Stijn managed HR at Waterleau, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping the global HR strategy for a company focused on environmental solutions. Stijn's career began at Daikin Europe NV as an HRM Executive, advancing from HR Officer to HR Business Partner. Educational qualifications include a master’s in Criminology from KU Leuven and several postgraduate degrees in business and HRM.
