Ted Burns is an experienced leader in technology and support services, currently serving as the General Manager of KeysightCare Global Support Services at Keysight Technologies since August 2014. In this role, Ted drives excellence in tech support and services delivery with a focus on value creation, customer success, and revenue growth, while implementing AI technologies to enhance customer experiences. Prior to this, Ted held senior leadership positions at Ixia, including Senior Director of Global ISG Technical Support and Senior Director of the QA Wireless Product Group, overseeing product releases and global QA teams.
