Tom de Muer

Tom De Muer is an experienced software architect and entrepreneur with a strong background in software engineering and consultancy. Currently serving as the Chief Software Architect for EDA Software Solutions at Keysight Technologies since February 2009, Tom has also held the position of Principal Software Architect for Electro-Magnetics Technology and Products. Additionally, Tom owns TheWallSoft bvba, which provides software engineering and consultancy services to various industries, including transport, transport security, marketing, and engineering services. Previous experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer at Agilent Technologies, a Researcher at IBBT, and a Senior Researcher and PhD student at the University of Ghent. Tom holds a PhD in Computer Science from Ghent University, earned between 1996 and 2005.
